Returned Items.

If your refund involves the return of an item, please ensure you read our Returns Policy here and ensure the return is processed promptly.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authority will not be accepted for refund claims. Please don't just send any coffee capsules back to us unless we are expecting them

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or where product has been opened, especially when there are multiple quantity in a sealed package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, nor can we accept returns for food items that have been opened.

An example of an opened package is where 15x capsules are shipped in a sealed bag, the customer opens that sealed bag and uses one or many of the capsules, then decides to return the remaining capsules from the opened bag.

We are not able to re-seal that bag, nor resell those capsules as the remaining quantity cannot be sold or shipped as a package of 15x capsules.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking fee
Where a customer has either made a mistake, or a change of mind, a re-stocking fee of 5% applies on the total order value. This fee covers our handling costs and merchant fees.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items. Once the inspection is complete we will inform you if the refund is approved and the amount.

For approved refunds, an automatic refund on your original payment method will be processed within 3 business days.

Please be aware that we are not able to control or influence the time taken for the Payment gateway provider (Shopify Payments) to process or settle the refund amount into your bank or credit card account. Receipts are issued electronically.

If more than 21 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
