Hard copy records consist of just a name and products ordered. No address or payment details are printed in hard copy format.

Our hard copy records are used for the sole purpose of processing your order (picking and packing items). As with most companies we try our best to limit the use of physical paperwork by relying upon secure digital records.

The electronic records in our system are required for standard business reporting compliance as per normal Australian company operations for the Australian Taxation Office.
